Have you ever come accross a company whose service and support is so excellent that you wish other companies would use them as a model? Well, this is that company. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.
I reached out in a semi panic because the big name competitor in this area waited FIVE days after accepting my order and my money to tell me the parts were out of stock and they didn't know when they would be back in stock. The wonderful guys at YourBuild said they could build and deliver my custom PC to Portugal in the very short time frame I had. When the PC arrived, they were patient and helpful when I thought (erroneously) that the power supply was missing. They also helped with some setup issues that were not, technically, their problem.
When my brother (who builds PCs for himself and friends) saw the unit, he was impressed with the build quality. He told me I bought a very good machine!
This is a small company whose employees understand the imprortance of honesty and good service. If you are looking at a buying a computer in the EU, these are the guys to call.

I recently got a pc the team is very helpfull and the communication fast and to the point. I really enjoy the product. Give them a shot if you are thinking of building a pc and also the fact that you can make a draft of what you want in their website is amazing. They ll help build your dream pc and also be more affordable. Totally worth it give them a call.
I needed a somewhat specific PC-Setup quickly and didn't have the time to do my own research. I threw some priorities at them, they did a great job at making me realize which priorities I missed, and after a brief exchange they delivered a very well layed-out system.I highly recommend them.
I built my PC with YourBuild. They have been incredible from the beginning. I had numerous prepurchase questions over whatsapp, and they explained everything in detail. When I requested a few specific parts that weren't available in their online builder app, they accommodated my needs without hesitation.I was able to watch my computer being assembled on their live stream and it was a really cool thing that added transparency to the entire process They are very friendly, responsive, and clearly knows what they're doing. I'm extremely happy with both my new pc and the exceptional service. Highly recommend them.
I just got my custom-built PC from YourBuild (Bram and Coen), and honestly, I’m super impressed. They took care of everything from start to finish and had it ready in just 3 working days (crazy fast)! They delivered exactly what they promised, and you can tell they really care about what they do. I even changed my mind about a couple of things halfway through, and they didn’t skip a beat, handled it like pros and got it sorted quick. They’ve been awesome to deal with the whole time, super dedicated and easy to talk to. If you need a powerful PC, well built and technically solid, this is THE place to go.They are extremely client oriented, they give you great techical suggestion and their attention to details in the assembly is simply stellar.I ordered a PC for my daughter and I had asked a very tight delivery time, they did a superb job and delivered it in time.I went to pick up the PC at their shop and I was blown away by the attention and care they had in delivering the PC.Nowadays, it is extremely rare to encounter company with such a fantastic way to run business.Well done guys! Best game Pc build shop.If you want service, a very nice build game PC you are here on the right spot (yourbuild.nl)After a real bad experience at GamePC .nl Computer lost and a wrong build what could have given me really problems with overheating. I canceled that order.I ended after allot of searching, here at yourbuild.nl,This was and still is the best shopping experience I had in a long time.I ordered a eu 5000+ workPC. After some good advice about the build.2 days later on Saturday morning it arrived and looked really good and started up.Than after 20/30 min a BOSD (blue screen of death) I think new computer no problem maybe a driver etc you never know. But after 10 min again.So I sent a email and 3 min later direct an answer and a possible solution.This was on Saturday 17:00. I tried them and they did not work. He sent me some other ways to maybe solve the problem but its 17:20 already so I wrote back I will test them and will be back at you on Monday (weekend)I tested all and with no luck. So I mailed on Monday and he told me if somebody could come by to check and take the computer back for a good test. 3 hours later one of the owners was at my door and checked the computer and took it back to the shop (1 hour drive).After some good test (BOSD can be close to everything in your computer), it was a bad Processor, they replaced it and now 1 day later its back on its way too Happy me.Why this story: after my first experience with gamePC.nl and the experience the last couple of years with online shopping.This is for me a shop what makes me smile.Try to reach most online shops on a Saturday or even get an answer by mail in 1 day is unheard of.Get your computer or other damage products back and fixed in 3 or 4 days. Mind blowing.Just saying, product top, service top.Btw I am dutch but allot of xpats buy gamepc that’s why in English

Wij zijn Bram en Coen, twee toegewijde computernerds en trotse oprichters van YourBuild sinds 2019. We zijn het bedrijf begonnen met de visie om game pc’s te bouwen met dezelfde zorg en toewijding als wanneer we deze voor onszelf zouden maken, met uitsluitend onderdelen waar we zelf achter staan. Onze prioriteit ligt bij het leveren van betrouwbare en hoogwaardige pc’s waar elke game of hardware fanaat op kan vertrouwen.
Onze liefde voor game-pc’s begon al vroeg. Coen bouwde zijn eerste pc toen hij 13 was en Bram toen hij 14 was. Ons verhaal begint in de legendarische jaren van onze studententijd in Leiden. Coen kwam in het studentenhuis met zijn game pc aanzetten en Bram, die er al woonde, was direct geïnteresseerd en er ontstond een sterke vriendschap.
Tijdens onze studententijd besloten we dat het bouwen van game pc’s voor anderen niet alleen een leuke hobby was, maar ook een kans om een bedrijf te starten. Jaren later hebben wij nog steeds iedere dag veel plezier met het bouwen van super pc’s. Bij YourBuild zijn we niet zomaar een winkel. We zijn je partners in je zoektocht naar jouw droom pc.
