I always have great customer service whenever I chat to an adviser. Today I chatted with Becky and she was very helpful in sorting out a voucher code for me for A5 flyers when I was having trouble with one that wasn't initially processing. Nothing is ever too much trouble with Instantprint.

I've be using Instant print for my business for years now but recently had a little issue with my card printing.

This was my first order for business cards with Instantprint, unfortunately when the cards arrived they were not suitable, I contacted Instantprint and they were exceptionally helpful and resolved the issue with a complete reprint, as they said that customer satisfaction was paramount to them, what a great attitude and company.
