Calling the customer service number provided is useless since nobody ever answers. Do not buy this product. It's a trap
I accidentally purchased a 3 pack. I immediately tried to change my order and they said I could not change it. They said I had 30 days to return. That is a total lie. I never used the product and tried to return and they said I could not return due to hygiene issues. They lie to you and tell you, you can get a refund. You will never get a refund.
Absolutely a garbage product. I dont usually right reviews but this one made me really mad. Its only suited to a certain jaw size. I've had orthodontic work on my teeth a long time ago and my dentist told me my teeth have shifted.... I have to wear a retainer again after 20 years. I reached out to even get a refund and the basically told me to screw off. Do not but this garbage
Ordered about $250 worth of items. About seven hours later I requested a cancellation per their 12 hour policy. I was told it was packaged (not shipped) and couldnt be cancelled, but that I had 30 days to return once I got it by "Victor". Once I got it, I requested a return and the same guy, "Victor", told me it coukdnt be returned, even though I hadnt even removed them from their packaging, because the medical device mouth pieces are considered "hygene items". I have Master card disputing this with plenty of documentation.

I orderd one to try and and when I checked out with klana,I noticed there wa 3 ,I immediately reached out to the company and they said it was to late to cancel which I didn't order,they said I should waite for order to come before I could send back,eventually the order came and I emailed them only to be told I couldn't send them back for hygiene reason,I disputed this but they were adamant they wouldn't take them back ,so cute a long story short I agreed to 50%off and cut my losses,as I was getting no where,the mouth pieces them self are no good they do not fit in your mouth,so 60 something pounds for a load of rubbish, this company should be ashamed of themselves ripping people off with a serious sleep apnea condition hoping for a better way to sleep,I do hope people don't order from this company. I wish I would of read the reviews on here first as I would of never orderd, the reviews on there web sight must fake as these devices are not suitable for human mouths, maybe if you was horse they would fit.
I agree with all the negtive reviews. They wont take back any orders for ‘hygiene reasons’ which is very convenient for these scammers being an internal mouth product. I did a double order as it took so long for my payment to go through, I thought it hadnt, so pressed ‘PAY’ again. Called them to return one of the orders and got the same spiel. DO NOT BUY. it is uncomfortable, and so thick you cant shut your mouth, so you dribble. absolute con.
Once you order, there are a bunch of flashing "offers", one of them suggesting that you get 2 for the price of x, well, you just bought 3. There is no final review screen of the order. Zapzerap. Eastern European scam.The brace is way too high and totally uncomfortable.Ratings of the product are absolutely false. I don't know how they do it that the product would be non-plus, I guess with cyber-warfare and bots. I would give it a MINUS 5 stars.
If I could leave less stars I would. I bought a three pack of the mouthpiece which came with 100% satisfaction guarantee. I tried out the mouthpiece finding it did not fit the width of my mouth which is not adjustable so I contacted the company to request a refund they stated they could not refund me the money because of hygiene issues. Just know if you buy this you will not get your money back ever.
