The car was returned with muddy…took extra funds under false pretense

The car was returned with muddy footprints in the foot wells. Also my car MOT was overdue, they offered to organise the MOT while I was away. I was charged an extra £305. However the MOT was never organised. Despite multiple calls and emails those funds have not been returned. Go no where near this firm.
