Please do not use this company!Staff totally unprofessional, rude and disrespectful!On both occasions (drop off and collection) we were kept waiting around for almost an hour for a staff member to arrive to commence the vehicle hand over/return. No apologies whatsoever given for the delays.A strong cigarette odour was present when we were handed the vehicle back and evidence of cigarette ash was present around the dashboard and drivers side door arm rest area! I attempted to express my displeasure to the operative but he had left the scene and disappeared somewhere in the car park never to be seen again! I have sent an email of complaint to the company but from reading other customer reviews the chances of an apology or refund seem very slim!I am also sending my email of complaint to Trading standards as companies such should not be allowed to continually fleece the public!
Unable to make contact through the provided number upon departure. Also tried calling head office number but it just came up an unable to connect. Ended up making a quick online booking for Gatwick long stay car park. Continued to call and texted IPark but still no answer. Have submitted a complaint for refund - don’t hold out much hope.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Ended up leaving my car without handing over the keys due to the unprofessionalism and lateness (let me rephrase, not turning up) of the so called “meet and greet” service. After searching the number on Google I came across these reviews and I’m so glad I didn’t hand over the keys to my car. I’m yet to see what I get charged when I return for the parking but I am assured it’s better than what I would have come home to leaving my car in their hands. I have raised an action fraud case against them and am in utter shock they’re being allowed to operate at Gatwick.
Do not use this company - they leave your car for hours in the disabled parking bays (where you're instructed to park on arrival). Both my sister and I have now received PCN from NCP and the company are not responding to emails - their phonelines do not work
Returned my car completely smashed up the driver ran away! He had no explanation we had to drive home in a dangerous car. I can now not get in touch with anyone they don’t have a phone number or answer emails. Absolutely disgusting, I’m in total shock that anyone can behave like this!!!
If I could give it zero I would! They STOLE FROM MY CAR, incorrect pricing on the short stay fees, they don't mention that it isn't included until you complete your booking and then they say it is 5GBP instead of 8GBP. Have lodged an official police report on the theft and notified Trading Standards on the incorrect pricing as their response was basically 'isn't our problem' Just do silver zone parking as my friends did that, got their bags after us and were at their car before I was.
I hope these reviews stop people from using this HORRENDOUS company. How they are allowed to operate from Gatwick Airport is beyond me. My car was damaged badly within their care and also used by them during the time it was meant to be parked at their storage facility. I’m appalled by them and this has been a lesson learnt the hard way. They don’t have the courtesy of responding to my emails and I’m now left to fix everything through my own insurance company with a large excess. I am speaking to the police and trading standards. Please DO NOT use them. Better to pay a bit more through Gatwick’s official parking companies.
