I ordered the interactive ball for my dog. Of course it didn't arive on time, in fact a month later than it was supposed to be delivered. But the kicker was when I looked at the tracking, it said it had been delivered. I tried to get them to refund my money, but good luck with that. Offered me discounts on other products, are you kidding me? I finally got the ball, but I learned my lesson. Never again! Oh and they frequently change the name of their company.

They claim to provide quick worldwide shipping, but that is far from true. It took nearly a month to receive our order. When it finally arrived, the quality was lacking, and our pets showed no interest in the toy.

Very unhappy with the service

This company is awful. I will never shop with them again. I usually check reviews, but I skipped that this time—and I regret it. I placed an order on November 29, 2025, and never received the item. The tracking status changed or disappeared every time I checked. At one point it said the package was in Pennsylvania; then it suddenly claimed it was delivered on December 29. I have no delivery footage, no proof of receipt, and never received a confirmation email. Waiting nearly two months for a ball is unacceptable, and claiming it was delivered when it wasn't is even worse. This company is dishonest and unreliable. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Regretting not checking reviews first

I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order 😡. I'm still waiting for instructions on how to return my item, which is far too small for my dog. They offered me £4 for something I paid £12 for, and now they are delaying my refund until the return period expires.
