I encountered a problem with my order of a folio for my tablet. The folio was not compatible with my device, and the magnet was sealed, preventing it from holding the tablet properly. Although I had to wait 14 days for it to ship from the overseas warehouse, I appreciate the thoughtful product design and customer service.
