I was attempting an RMD

I was attempting an RMD, first one from IRA Financial, and did not realize I needed to fill out deposit form for my Capital One funds. Jill Brenden directed me to the correct web page and then patiently walked me through which items need to be completed. When I had finished she downloaded the form to ensure it had been completed correctly.Excellent experience!
