The company misrepresents its features to entice sign-ups. Once enrolled, the service is subpar, and the functionality falls significantly short of the initial sales pitch. They lag far behind competitors. I ultimately abandoned the service after six months, despite my hopes for a positive experience.
DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF USING THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR BUSINESS!!This company is the worse corporate card your will ever find. Their “assurance” team is nothing but a disaster. They are a liability to any company they do business with. They will do things like repeatedly change your auto pay to an account that you no longer use even after disconnecting it from the platform, shut down the card for you and all of your employees, then stall for over a week to get you wire instructions to get the card paid for. They did this to us more than 2x both times we were borderline in a panic wondering if this is going to hurt the companies credit, why they wouldn’t give us proper instruction (our wire was returned once), and what was going on. Both times we eventually got it paid but once it drug on 2.5 weeks. They are a liability and their rapid growth has turned their entire operation into a disaster. They were once an amazing small business tool that has turned into a disaster bound to mess up the financial history of a company due to their own unorganization. As much as I hope the best for every business I genuinely urge you to stay away from this company for now for your own protection.
The concept works well for our business. Keeps us from micromanaging while also having clear oversight. There are a lot of flexible options when it comes to controlling and documenting spend. Interfacing with Quickbooks is incredibly easy. This platform has saved immeasurable hours of data collection and recording.
The travel management aspect of the platform is extremely glitchy and filled with bugs. At this point it's cost our company more money to pay for Ramp Plus in addition to excessive travel spend due to the glitches we've experienced. It does not feel like it's set up to support corporate travel with it's current state
Moving to Ramp was one of the best things that ever happened at my company. It has saved every single person on our team so much time, and saved our finance team as well.
