Morgan A made my experience 5 STAR.

Morgan A made my experience worthy of a 5 star rateing. I am not very computer literate so identifying, finding and filling out the forms I needed was very challenging. Morgan was very helpful. She gave me all of the instruction I needed and helped me fill out the deposit form and the 3 distribution forms (2 charitable and one for a distribution to me).I was soooo impressed with Morgan A.

Extremely long delays in processing

The concept of what they offer is great, but their level of service is currently very poor. They've been holding onto $50,000 which I sent them a month ago, which I was told would take about five days to get processed and wired out to the VC firm I'm investing with. I'm told they aren't even monitoring the e-mail address given to me, as they can't handle the volume of mail coming in. I can't get a live person when I call, and am routinely having to leave a voicemail after waiting on hold for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, they're making interest on my money as it just sits in their corp bank account. I'd suggest looking at other providers.

Explanation, process and flow made easy

I am not familiar with 401K , I don’t speak or understand the language , procedures , rules and regulations. Tamara Perez was so patient and understanding of my lack of understanding and knowledge. Tamara explained the process and the why’s. Each step addressing more concerns with patience and understanding, saying no worries. If her management can do anything to provide her with a reward of some sort , she went above and beyond her job

Today I required assistance with my existing IRA Financial account, and when I contacted the customer service area, I spoke to Morgan A. I have spoken to Morgan in the past, and each time she has provided me with excellent customer service. She is always professional, knowledgeable, and patient. She is an asset to the company.
