YOU WILL MISS YOUR INVESTMENT WINDOW. The experience of opening the account and distributing funds couldn't be more different. The company is chronically understaffed. It takes them weeks to assign someone to lead your request. Note: They claim 5-7 days for fund distribution, which is completely false. Look for another castodian; this customer experience is a complete disaster.
