Camden Market frachise, Horrendous service, ordered expensive goods from this company, never received said goods, they claim i did, asked for photographic proof which obviously they couldn't provide as hadn't received it, had to go through charge back with bank, now this cheeky bunch have the nerve to object the charge back, ceo, trading standards and financial ombudsman all been contacted, AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Just received my art work. It's beautiful except that it is significantly smaller than what I was told. They said it would be like their sample (12x12) but times 3, for three eyeballs. Mine is about 6"x15" extremely small and for $400! Ridiculous
This review targets the broader iris-galerie concept offered across Europe. Before purchasing, I strongly recommend taking a critical look at what you are actually getting for the price. A 60x60cm print costs around €650, yet the preview shown in-store is displayed on a desktop monitor — which is simply not representative of the final result at full scale. When we approved the preview, we expected the final artwork to meet the standards normally associated with fine-art photography: high-resolution detail, crisp definition, and a quality level befitting a luxury price point. The print we received falls short of those basic expectations. At 60x60cm, the lack of sharpness is obvious and distracting — something that should never qualify as “professional fine art”.The organisation behind the product provided the following response:“After a careful review with our Quality Control team, we can confirm that the artwork is of good resolution. The details in the image accurately reflect your eyes, and the sharpness is correct. There is no issue on our side.”This identical wording was repeated in every interaction, giving the clear impression that quality concerns are not meaningfully reviewed but instead met with a standard, dismissive response. The concept itself is undeniably beautiful — but beauty alone does not justify fine-art pricing when the delivered product lacks professional resolution and the organisation shows little willingness to address legitimate concerns. My advice: be extremely cautious before purchasing, especially in larger formats. The gap between the in-store preview and the actual printed result is significant, and the customer service response leaves serious doubts about the professionalism behind the product.
I placed an order in September 2025 and paid 1,113 €. I was told the product would be ready within two weeks.More than half a year later the product has still not been delivered.I even travelled to Paris specifically to collect the order, only to be told in the store that it was not available.Since then the company has refused to issue a refund and has been extremely unprofessional in their communication. For a company that claims to provide premium products, this level of service is completely unacceptable.I strongly advise customers to be cautious
