Bought security cameras from them. The instructions included with the camera show app functions that dont actually appear on the app. Picture quality and camera functions are an absolute joke and nowhere near what was advertised.
Contacted their support team to return the goods. They acknowledged my email and it has now been 12 days without so much as a peep out of them.
This is not a company, it is organised crime plain and simple. Avoid at all costs.

Trying since the end of December to return an item I purchased which was originally intended for a Christmas gift but did not arrive until end of December so i decided to keep for myself but it turns out i am allergic to the product Numerous e/mails and all i keep getting back is an automated message we will get back to you within 48 hours and thats as far as it goes. No information on website. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY .

Order No.#222213 A drainguard advertised to fit all Irish sinks, does not and it is of very poor quality. Requested refund, eventually given return address in Worchester UK. Claim to be Irish Co.based in Cork, but are under American Company Soar. Most items come from China. Avoid at all cost.
