Review Time
Isle of Flowers yet again brought smiles to the faces of many ladies going through a difficult time by supporting our charitable event, a Mothers Day Sunday Tea for women who have experienced pregnancy and baby loss. The flowers were beautiful and presented very well. The standard is always high with Isle of Flowers whether a charitable event, or a personal one such as my wedding last year. My flowers were delivered on time and they were very, very pretty!
I walked into the shop in Westfield Stratford with a rather unusual request—to help me choose flowers that would perfectly complement my vase. Ida not only guided me in selecting the right flowers but also crafted a stunning arrangement that exceeded my expectations. The staff here are incredibly kind and attentive, truly going the extra mile to ensure a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this shop for their creativity, expertise, and exceptional customer care!
On Monday I received, as a thank you gift, the most disgraceful bouquet of a few flowers (plus 60% diseased foliage) that I have ever seen. The flowers were already half dead and the bouquet looked like it had been thrown together from the left over flowers of weeks ago- colours were mustard yellow, pink and red UGh! There were only 5 flowers in the whole bouquet. I would be so ashamed if it were my shop. I took photos and wrote to complain - NO RESPONSE . Waited till Friday to write this review to give them the right of reply but nothing. They do not care
I ordered flowers through Interflora for my daughter who had just got out of hospital. The tracking update showed them as delivered but they weren't received. No proof of delivery, no calling card left, no driver seen on CCTV.I contacted Interflora but all their lines of communication stop at 1700hrs and of course, you aren't informed which florist they have used. Eventually I managed to get an agent on livechat who told me that it was Isle of Flowers - London Bridge. I have telephoned their landline number which takes you to a Vodaphone messaging service but they don't respond despite messages being left. Flowers ordered the same day from The Flower Station at 16:50 arrived within 2 hours - the courier rang and took photographs of the delivery. I would advise using them - there was no delivery charge unlike the £9.00 Interflora charge and the flowers were magnificent.
I was given what appeared to be an amazing bouquet of flowers yesterday from a young relative which had obviously cost a bomb. On unwrapping I found the majority of the stems were propped up by wires, were rotten and smelled putrid. A lot of effort had been put into making these blooms look good when they were well past their best. One carnation head was put on top of a plastic stem with a small bulb but was still obviously dying. The pleasant smell came from the wrapping paper. Do I tell my young relative that she has been conned or not? I will certainly advise her not to buy any more flowers from your outlets. Shame on you!
i have now become a regular at this shop, not only do I get incredible service, but my flowers always last ! I have the best of the hun h, and will make sure I take my time out to travel all the way to white city! Maria provides hme with the best customer service, always managing to warm up my day, I would highly recommend!
Website takes payment but then sends an error message before completing the order, customer services say to try again and the same thing happens. Then they say they can't deal with it because I don't have an order number. Claim they've been in business for 15 years but it seems to be a scam company to me. Would not recommend, I'm £120 down at the moment with no flowers to show from it.
