If you've ever been curious about managing administrative tasks as if it were the 1980s, this company will give you that experience! They embody a relic of outdated bureaucracy.
I enrolled in my policy using a modern e-signature (considering it’s 2026), but as soon as I attempted to make a simple change to my policy, I felt like I was whisked back in time. My digital identity is acceptable for payments, but when it comes to services, they insist on a physical signature on a printed document.
Currently, I have a malfunctioning printer and a hectic schedule, yet this company expects me to navigate the city just to print, sign, and scan a form for a "missing insurance document"—a piece of paper that authorities no longer require thanks to digital recognition.
While the rest of the world is advancing towards a paperless future, they seem fixated on gathering pieces of paper as if they are sacred artifacts. My policy renewal is in two weeks, and instead of fostering loyalty, they’ve pushed me to seek out competitors who understand what a PDF is.
Pros: Their sales team is computer-savvy.
Cons: Their administrative team seems to think a "Cloud" is merely a weather phenomenon.
Spare yourself the frustration—choose an insurer that operates in this century. I might as well look for a quill and some parchment since that appears to be their preferred method of communication.
