This lady is fantastic. Customer service is excellent. I purchased one of Iveta's large wall clocks and I love it. She has gone above and beyond with an issue I had and I cannot thank her enough. I love the individuality of the clock and that no two are the same. I would not hesitate to recommend her and her beautiful ceramics.
I made enquiries with Iveta about one of her wall clocks, she responded to me immediately giving me all the information I required. I then proceeded to order the clock which Iveta despatched on the same day. I have received it today and am absolutely over the moon with it. Really delighted with our flower clock. After looking at loads of different clocks as soon as I saw this I knew it was just what I was after AND it looks even better than pictures on website! Iveta was so helpful with some customisation, really speedy response- excellent service.
This was the first time I had bought from this site, I ordered 4 ceramic 'sailing boat' coasters. They came in good time, well packaged and with a lovely ceramic heart as a thank you. The product was despatched very quickly and arrived shortly after. It was really well packed and arrived without any damage. I was absolutely delighted with what I bought but also the little touches which make your purchase feel special- a thank you card with a small free gift plus a follow up email to check everything had gone ok.
