Delayed response times

Waiting over 12 hours for a response from customer support is unacceptable. Additionally, I did not receive any notifications regarding the server expiration. It was a concerning situation to be without access to email or calendar while awaiting assistance.

Frustrated

I am quite frustrated that my payment methods, including my bank card, bank account, or online payment options, were not accepted. Moving my domain elsewhere would be technically difficult. I had to rely on a family member's card to pay for my domain for two years, and I hope more payment options will be available next time, or I will consider transferring my domain to another provider.

Confusion about account expiration

I received a payment receipt on Nov. 8, 2025, for another year, but then got an email on Nov. 12, 2025, stating my account expires on 12/13/2025. Which one is accurate? My credit card was charged on Nov. 10, 2025, for $23.49, but the payment receipt does not specify the start or end dates.
