I have no issues with the applications I acquired from the company; they function excellently for their designated purposes. However, I faced numerous challenges with access and authorization despite purchasing 'perpetual' licenses, which have proven to be anything but. I initially bought an app believing I would never have to pay for it again, but within less than a year, an update rendered it unusable, forcing me to repurchase it. Later, when I needed to format my computer, I was shocked to find that upon reinstalling the app, it denied access, as if I were trying to misuse it on multiple machines, when I was only reinstalling on the same one. I attempted several times to resolve this issue, but to no avail. Now, I've been prompted to leave a review to 'win' a new free license. This situation feels quite disingenuous. I am incredibly disappointed, having spent a considerable amount on the same product multiple times, simply because I truly need it and am unaware of any alternative that suits my requirements. Once again, the applications are fantastic, and I have no complaints there, but the customer support is lacking, and there's a significant lack of clarity regarding what you are actually purchasing and what is available to you.

They quickly realized that I had mistakenly purchased the Windows license instead of the Mac version. Instead of complicating matters, they promptly switched my license to the Mac version. The communication was courteous, professional, and very focused on finding a solution. The software is now functioning perfectly on my device.
