The past 10 months dating back from

I am having my account suppressed & are unable to renew domains that I have owned & paid for, for many years
Now I have had my business & IP domain rejected so that I couldn’t renew it
The system says it’s available even in Whois.com, yet my domain is not available
My IP & ownership is being stolen
Please… DO NOT USE CRAZY DOMAINS!

An absolute scummy company who charge you for services that you never signed up for with you knowing! When I found out and told them, they refused to give a refund as I had to make a claim within 5 business days according to ther policy and when requesting to talk with their manager, they would say that they are not allowed to put us in contact with them as it is against company policy. They also leak your personal information to third parties despite their privacy policy saying otherwise. Stay away from this absolute scummy company!!!
I was thoroughly impressed with the representative who was the fourth person I spoke to regarding my issue and the only one who actually resolved it! The others were all very courteous and kind, but advised me to wait four hours for a solution, which never materialized. The representative fixed the problem immediately while I was on the call. Truly remarkable!

I was on hold for hours with no response, and the online chat disconnects as soon as I mention login issues. The customer service is the worst; how can you resolve a problem when you can't reach anyone? They gladly take your money but fail to provide any follow-up.
