Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing, after 6 days I'm still waiting for my application to be approved. I've called and emailed multiple times, providing all necessary information. I'm starting to think this is a scam. My personal vehicle needs repairs, and I rely on this service in rural areas.

Horrible experience overall

This was the worst experience I've ever had. I almost had to call for help due to the lack of customer support. We hired a car for after 11pm but couldn't access it due to app issues. Customer service was unhelpful, and we ended up walking in the cold to find another vehicle. The representative showed no empathy and failed to assist adequately. I will be reporting this situation to the appropriate authorities. Avoid this service!

Completely unreliable service

In Australia, this car rental service is completely unreliable. Their app initially didn’t work, and after finally downloading it, it wouldn’t recognize my account. Customer support was non-existent, and the vehicle I booked was unavailable. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible service experience

The service was terrible; they claim to use AI but couldn't even recognize basic information. I spent hours on the phone with unhelpful representatives. They sent me a form stating they only accept certain applicants. I do not recommend this service to anyone.

Unacceptable vehicle condition

Upon picking up the vehicle, I was shocked to find it covered in unpleasant odors. After a lengthy phone call, I was able to switch to another vehicle, which unfortunately had similar issues. This is completely unacceptable.
