I purchased an item from this store but didn't end up liking it, so I initiated a return. I understand this is a small business, and I was quite patient throughout the process. Initially, I received no updates; after the package was returned, I had to follow up to check on my refund. I was informed it was being processed and could take up to 14 days. This was for an item priced at 75 euros. A month went by without a refund or any notifications. I reached out again and waited another 2 days for the refund to be finalized, receiving only an apology (at least) and still being charged 4 euros for the return. It's a bit disappointing, and I doubt I'll shop here again.

Avoid making purchases from this company. I ordered a gift for my sister-in-law in Amsterdam for her birthday, but they sent her items that weren't hers. Weeks later, they contacted me asking for the items back. I don't live in the same continent and have no idea what happened to them after I paid. I requested they stop contacting me and not to visit my sister-in-law's home for the items, as I don't know them and the items have already been used. This was over an additional tote bag worth $17. They even threatened to involve the police, claiming it was theft. It's a terrible experience with this company.
My partner pre-ordered an item for me that was supposed to ship in mid-June. Then it changed to early July, and now it says late July. They only provide updates on the product page and don't respond to any messages, except to say they are on holiday.
I ordered three bags, two of which were pre-orders. Upon receiving the package, I found one of the bags was not the model I ordered, despite what was confirmed in both my order confirmation and the packing slip. I have tried contacting the company through chat, email, and their contact form, but after ten days, I still haven't received any reply.
I ordered a pricey calendar as a Christmas gift. It was shipped in an unsuitable and too small box, resulting in the calendar arriving in a damaged state. They didn't respond to my emails initially. Update: they have since apologized for the delay and resent the item, suggesting the courier may have repackaged it.
