Review Time
I placed an order on 7th January for my great granddaughter’s first birthday on the 20th, and I am still waiting. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand. Based on what I’ve seen, if the items do eventually arrive, I will return them unopened. The information on the website is quite misleading.
The item arrived in a damaged and creased box. It was meant as a new birthday gift and was unsuitable for that purpose. The company only offered a 20% refund, which was insufficient, as I had to purchase a replacement locally. Attempts to get a full refund were ignored by the company. Very frustrating experience.
THE COMPANY IS LOCATED IN CHINA, NOT THE UK! Like many others, I placed an order that took an incredibly long time to arrive, and I am very disappointed with the 81-piece track fusion. The additional pieces are merely plastic cones and signs. It's a lesson learned.
I placed my order on December 10th, hoping it would arrive in time for Christmas, but it has been stuck in a warehouse in Glasgow for 5 days. I reached out to the support team, and it took them 3 days to respond, only to provide me with a tracking link. I found it very misleading, as I assumed they were a UK-based company, but they are actually located in Asia. Overall, it was a terrible experience; I would give zero stars if that were an option.
Ordered something on 11th December, expecting it to arrive by Christmas. It's December 24 and still no sign of it. It says it's 'scheduled for delivery' and yet I can't really work out what that means. Where is it? I'm not super convinced it will ever turn up. It's ashame as the toy looks cool, but the glacial pace of non-delivery has left me suspicious. Also the product was shipped from Hong Kong - god knows what that means for returns!
I did not receive my order. The tracking information indicated it was delivered, but that wasn't the case. I contacted the support team, and they claimed it wasn't their responsibility and that I should address the issue with the courier. My agreement was with the seller, and they opted to use that courier, so they should handle the situation with them. However, they are refusing to take responsibility for the undelivered items and will not issue a refund. AVOID THIS SERVICE. The support is terrible.
I bought the magnetic trains, and they appeared fine initially, despite the packaging being somewhat damaged during shipping. However, once the trains lost their charge, they wouldn't recharge, making them completely unusable. It feels like a scam, and I won't be buying from this seller again.
