Poor quality and no support

The product is poorly made! Sizes run at least 3 sizes smaller than UK standards. Customer service is non-existent. I tried to reach out through their contact options, but I've just been ignored. Save your money, this company is a complete mess.

Inferior quality from questionable origins

The sizing is not aligned with UK standards, being typically around 3 sizes too small. I ordered a shirt in my usual size, but it was far too tight. I thought it was a one-off and tried a larger size, but it was still too small and the sleeves were excessively long. Based on my experience, the labeling suggests poor quality from a low-cost manufacturer, and the sizing is misleading.

Knife broke, terrible support

The hunting knife broke while trying to cut something soft. When I tried to contact customer service, they were unhelpful and just shifted the blame to the store. I plan to report this to the relevant authorities as it is unacceptable.

Inconsistent sizing in jackets

The sizing of jackets is significantly smaller compared to other brands. I tried on the largest size available, but it didn't fit at all. Another brand's jacket fit perfectly in the same size. The company needs to expand their size options, as their products are good value but only for smaller individuals.

Persistence pays off

Disappointing quality in wellington boots

Unsatisfactory service experience

I received a pair of wellingtons as a gift. They were comfortable but split within 9 months. I emailed customer service but received poor responses. They wanted a receipt I don't have, and after multiple emails, I was told it would be escalated, but I've heard nothing back. I advise staying away from this company.

Disappointed with the jacket and service
