The prices through games workshop maybe a little higher than going through some of the discount retailers but never once has anything I have ordered has been damaged they they all game in perfect condition. I did receive one item a wave serpent that was missing a window I had told them about through customer service and they sent not just the missing cockpit window but full wave serpent kit I was only expecting the window that was such astounding customer service I really can't complain about the higher prices because it comes with the guarantee that your items are covered and that's great business
The quality of the miniatures themselves isn't in doubt. The prices and the sustainability of their business model certainly are, but I don't have the time or patience to go into that here. The payment page could use some retooling (just make the PayPal/Visa/etc. icons clickable), and the site itself could be organized more neatly.
Come on, James, you're a multibillion-dollar, publicly traded corporation; you are past the point where not having a near-perfect site is inexcusable. And stop charging for game rules, while we're at it!
Horrible shipping times said 5 working days been two weeks now, sure am glad I paid $150 to wait for two weeks even thought it was stated to be 5 working days have tried to contact help several times just to be ignored first an last time buying here will go back to third party. 0/10 if I could give it.
Going through the payments was nice and easy, simple and not complicated. Now all that's left is to wait for my first warhammer starter set cant wait to unbox it when I finally arrives. :D

The staff were very welcoming, helpful, and enthusiastic. There was a wide variety available throughout the store, and both online and in-store purchases were relatively easy and straightforward (even with my own unintentional complications). Overall, 0/10 for keeping chaos at bay, iron within iron without.
Straightforward and effective experience. It takes less time than dealing with third-party intermediaries. All qualities that an Orc and Ogre would value. Zog datz gud!!! P.S. I would love to see a book about Ogres in fantasy settings. I have my own short story, but I'm uncertain if it's good enough to share. It would need significant reworking, as most drafts do. Oh well.
This was my first experience with the official platform, and there's an abundance of items to explore and purchase. I wish I had unlimited funds, but starting with a book is a great choice. The animator is incredibly talented and truly brings the characters to life.
I love the product. However, the online store presents one of the most frustrating shopping experiences I've ever faced. There are too many pop-ups and unnecessarily complicated menus, along with poor optimization and bugs. The previous version was far superior, although it wasn't exceptional.
