Everything works fine, but the outlet placement inside the cabinet is kinda dumb. It's on the top, so cords just dangle everywhere. Had to take out the top shelf just to fit my electric toothbrush in there.
I purchased 2 lighted bathroom mirrors. One stopped working shortly after installation. Customer service was very responsive and easy to work with. They ultimately sent me a replacement. They clearly wanted to correct the situation and make it right. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.
I appreciate the quick response from the customer service representative who helped me with my claim. We love our new mirrored medicine cabinets. We especially love that in less than seven days we received a perfect replacement door for the one that had gotten broken on one of our first two units. I would highly recommend using Exbrite. Their team is well trained and they have a quality product.
The instructions provided are absolute garbage. It states to secure the mounting bar with the provided flat head screws. I did not receive flat head screws. The parts supplied only included pan head screws. Next, my mounting bar does not look like any images in the instructions or online. There are two ridges above and below the screw holes. These ridges do not allow the screws to sit flush against the bar. I can't imagine this is how it is supposed to fit, or that the cabinet will sit right with the screws not sitting flush against the bracket. The parts provided includes Anchor B for installation in wall studs but gives zero instruction on how to use those anchors. Only 1 Anchor A was provided for installation on drywall. Neither anchor has any instruction on how to install. Step 3 just says to "drill holes insert anchors where needed". That's not even good English, not helpful, and the illustrations look like they were hand drawn by a child. I tried to call the installation assistance number but it went to a voice mail. I've left a message with my phone number. The customer service is extremely unsatisfactory. This company has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau.
Purchase Intelligent Toilet Oct 2024We purchased a toilet in Oct 2024, and it worked completely fine until April 1, 2025. Allsumhome offers a one year warranty. Firstly, when you call no one answers, then they request multiple videos/pictures to verify the issue. Once you send the videos they state that you pushed the wrong button, etc. Tech support promised they would send a replacement toilet. Finally, they sent replacement parts, that I didn't request. We have installed all the replacement parts, and the toilet is still not operating correctly! Apparently this is their mode of operation, I have found other reviews with the same storyline. I am going to contact the Attorney General and get behind this issue.
