Extremely disappointed with the service. I initiated a transfer over a month ago, and it is still pending. Customer support is terrible, a new person responds but only after 4-5 days of silence, and they just provide fake assurances that it has been escalated and the funds will arrive in '2-3 business days', which never happens. Furthermore, the promised first-transfer promotional exchange rate was never honored. They don't have a telephonic support, the number available online does not work.

Possibly the worst money transfer service

This might be the worst money transfer service! I'm unsure if it's a scam, but it has all the signs—taking your money, repeatedly changing delivery dates, almost nonexistent customer support, and using a well-known brand as a facade. It's been three weeks since I initiated the transfer, and I'm still waiting. They keep delaying the delivery. I've used other reliable apps, and the extra rates here aren't worth the delays and uncertainty. Stay away from this service!
