We had an incredible experience at Mt. Fuji organized by them. The driver was knowledgeable and supportive. Although the itinerary was ambitious, the driver provided practical advice which worked out well. Booking was simple and straightforward. Overall, it was an awesome experience.

They have not denied their actions, indicating awareness of the issue. We have begun informing others about this content theft. Threatening legal action while relying on stolen content is absurd and reflects poorly on the company's management, justifying this one-star review. Misappropriating copyrighted material could lead to a lawsuit, which is forthcoming, and this review is based on real experiences.
I was extremely pleased with our booking. I requested a drive through Lake Kawaguchi with a brief stop for photos, and the driver was very attentive, patient, and accommodating. The driver arrived five minutes early, which I appreciated. The transfer went smoothly, and I would definitely use this service again. Highly recommend for transfers and sightseeing.
