Problem with the website .
Despite entering delivery address - different to billing address - the system defaults to billing same as delivery.
Noticed this straight away - contacted customer “service” straight away .
Got very unhelpful “service” , the result being my granddaughter did not get her birthday present.

I absolutely love this company.The toys are really well made and of great quality.They come really well packaged and presented in a lovely box.The deals and offers are really fabulous.Im so glad I came across this site.Absolutely 5 STARS.
They messed up on my original order, didn’t arrive zero communication. This was for my nephew, and now left the country as it took over 2 week to arrive. I questioned them, again no explanation just, we are sending a new one. Now the package has been delivered to an address that no one can retrieve. They lack basic customer services, lack communication on order and are more than happy to take your money regardless of you receiving items. Almost theift. Please stick to lovevry toys, standard are much better, coupled with great customer service. 1st and last time dealing with this company.
