I just can’t believe this level of quality workmanship and material; it’s above and beyond. For the first time ever I didn’t need to worrying about doing alterations to the abaya, Alhamdulillah all of them were my size. I got size 50 because I’m around 4’11” and 5’0”. One thing to note is that some abaya have pockets and some don’t, so read the descriptions prior to buying. After trying out abaya from various stores and marketplaces, I’m so glad to have tried this store (best store compared to the ones in Canada) May Allah immensely reward everyone who had a hand in the process.
The quality of these abayas and hijabs are amazing, well beyond what I expected for the price! It seems like Jawda is a brand intent on providing sisters quality and stylish modest wear at an affordable and reasonable price, unlike a lot of other brands in UK/America who seem to take advantage of our limited options and charge us a high price for poor quality clothes. The customer service I received is some of the best, if not the best, I have experienced with a brand or company. I had some queries about my order and they responded so fast and were a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely be back to order more abayas/hijabs in the future!
I ordered the batwing abaya and I must say I was more than impressed with the quality Allahumma barik. Nowadays a lot of businesses sell their abayas way too overpriced, and the quality simply does not match. Jawda genuinely exceeded my expectations, as I didn't expect the quality to be so high. THAT to me feels worth the price. As well as free delivery and free returns, you know this business is genuine about customer satisfaction rather than ripping us hijabi girls off! I am 5'5 and ordered two size 56 abayas, which were unfortunately a bit too long for me. Thanks to Jawda's straightforward returns process, I was able to submit a returns request with no hassle, and I will definitely reorder my size in different abayas. The quality of the batwing abaya makes it especially suitable for the winter months. Looking forward to more styles and ranges for sure! JazakumulLahu khayran.
Wasn’t the happiest with my first purchase but no worries, I was able to exchange it for an abaya more my liking. Jawda is responsive and attentive to the requests of their customers and their overall experience. Will definitely be purchasing from them again InshaAllah.
I love love love Jawda islamic store's designs, the clothes are beautifully made and are great quality. Jawda is now my go to place, many people stop me and ask me about my abayas. Whats great about them is that they are so comfortable and have little to no creases.I have bought 13 abayas so far and I will definitely be buying more. The customer service is great aswell, I spoke to the family that own the business and they were so helpful.
