I never received my order. I reached out via email and never received a response. Apparently it is still pending processing at the very first stop. Ordered 10/12. Shipped 10/16. As of 10/28 there has been no movement whatsoever and no assistance.
The quality of the designs on the items has gone down tremendously since my last order. What was once good quality screen printing is now poor quality vinyl stickers that are already peeling from the fabric before first wear. I used to love HR products, but not anymore unfortunately.

The items always ship super quick and arrive just as described. My favorite part is that their prints are DTG printed and you don't have to worry about anything "peeling off." Their products are wonderful, they always offer great discounts and I get endless compliments for their cute/quirky designs.
