Amazing! The quality on the abayas is unmatched, especially on the jumper abaya. Unfortunately I had to return an abaya due to size and they return process couldn’t have been smoother, the IG admin was very nice and quick to respond & helped me get my refund without any issues. Will definitely be shopping again once my size in in stock!
Great quality abayas, fast shipping, and professional customer service. While the quality is amazing, the abayas were unfortunately not the right size/fit for me. The customer service has been outstanding in trying to help me make my return, and offering fair solutions as an international customer. They have been so reasonable and generous. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family!
The sisters have very good communication skills, and were very willing to help me with my queries regarding the purchase. I returned a abaya, and my daughter changed her mind as she needed it for her Eid outfit, so when I asked for it back they were very accommodating and I received it within two days. They made my daughters Eid amazing mashallah. The quality of the abayas are of very high standard. You can use them in the work place as well as events, which isn’t the case with other abayas in the market.
First time ordering from Jawda and I LOVED the quality of their Poet Sleeve Abaya! Will defo be ordering more. Also was a bit of confusion (My fault) with the colour and it was sorted instantly and was offered a refund but no thank you please, I am DEFO keeping it :) The fabric was great quality, not at all see through or flimsy. Very very very happy with my purchase. Low key want to gate keep until I get all the ones I want first so it doesn’t sell out, but I won’t! Very happy with my purchase and customer service.
I received the Poet Sleeve Abaya in Sage, and masha'Allah it's the best quality abaya I now own! I love that the abaya material is quite thick (yet breathable) and not flimsy! The Sage colour is soooo beautiful masha'Allah 💚 and perfect for any season 🥰In shaa Allah can't wait to buy more colours and styles, what a lovely business and owners.
Absolutely love love LOVE this company, the customer service has always been exceptional and the products are amazing! I had purchased three different colours in the batwing style abaya and one black thobe. All of which were delivered extremely fast and made of high-quality fabric. So comfortable and warm, one of the best abayas I own! I cannot recommend this company enough, will definitely be purchasing some more. May Allah grant you endless barakah in your business!
I’ve bought from lots of instagram companies before and the experience has been mixed. My last purchase from an insta page I wasn’t too happy, the abaya cost £60+ and the material was very cheap and flimsy. Jawda Store everyday abayas are less than £40 and the quality is amazing. I really can’t fault it at all, the material is just beautiful and it’s evident that a lot of time and effort has been put into sourcing good materials. I’m very happy with my purchase and I plan to buy many more in the future in’sha’Allah.
