Although my gold silverware discolored, maybe it was due to dishwasher, the company is sending me a brand new set in silver, hopefully this will not discolor and I can use in dishwasher. I think the quality of the silverware is great but people should be likely handwash if they get a set that is plated or colored other than silver.
The quality of the pieces are great. My husband and kids were skeptical when I wanted to switch all of our flatware and I proved them wrong. We all love them and highly recommend it. We love the weight and look of the pieces. Also, great customer service.
I got the minimalist utensils sets and it was expanded to serving utensils, servers, chopsticks. The mystery pack is so fun, one of my order shipped the bath towels, I didn't like the bath towels as much, but I tried it for a minimal cost and its great for guest bathroom...the 2nd set I got the placemat, which we love. My 5yo child keeps taking the coaster away for play. Absolutely love them!
their customer service is helpful in explaining the differences between the different flatware sets. i decided to go with the Ava gold set and enjoyed using it whenever i host dinner with my friends. my friends complimented it and said they liked how weighted it is. i have it for a year now and it has been holding up well. i wanna try different set in the future!
Unfortunately won’t be purchasing any of their products again. They don’t stand by the supposed “quality” of their products. We spent over $200 on a full gold flatware set and have had it for a week and they are already getting scratched. They won’t let us return the crappy flatware, only replace the damaged ones or give us a discount to buy more of their poor quality flatware. We are uninterested in eating chipped off pieces of paint or whatever product is used to get the color. Do yourself a favor & buy your flatware elsewhere.
