Very Helpful and Professional

I just used my product today and it worked nicely, however getting it here was an adventure. My package did not arrive as expected and I contacted JB Prince and received a phone call within 24 hours informing me that FedEx had been contacted and my package was rerouted and on its way! Very helpful, professional and cordial customer service!
