Review Time
delivery took a little long, but it's a small company and i'm sure the NY times shoutout led to a lot more orders than usual. communication was consistent, and my order came a day earlier than the estimate - overall i was very happy and would recommend the company.
Ordering was easy, delivery was good. There was some confusion about the shipping - at one point, I received information that the order has been delivered, but it actually hadn't even been shipped yet. Also, I ordered both large and extra large Kunz spoons, thinking they were different sizes. As it turns out, the spoon size is the same; it is only the HANDLE that is longer. That is not at all clear in the product description.
The spoons are nice, but the shipping fee was outrageous. I paid more for shipping than for any of three spoons I ordered, and the fee was the same for one spoon or three. They could charge much less for shipping if they chose a more appropriate container: 3 spoons (same cost of over $21 shipping for one spoon) should not require a box measuring 12" x 9" x 5"deep. 5" deep for 3 spoons? The 3 spoons stacked together in their plastic sleeve are measure 1 1/4" deep. I am upset about this unnecessary added expense, otherwise the spoons are good.
