Ordered a Gray Kunz special edition…

Ordered a Gray Kunz special edition spoon. Waited two weeks for tracking number nothing from company. I send an email to find out what's the delay ond the response is that item is back ordered. Nothing on web site for this spoon says that. Just poor customer communication. Why put out an email selling this spoon if it's on back order. I am a repeat customer and my last order was shipped as promised.
