Best Amazon course money can buy in Singapore! Attended the 3 day course at Amazon office and then the advanced 4 month course at Lifelong Learning Institute+Zoom lessons. Used my Skillsfuture Credit and paid slightly more than 1k for both courses. It covers EVERYTHING that you need to know about selling on Amazon and handhold you to launch your first 2 products. If you do not know anything and want to learn everything about Amazon, this is the course for you.
At the price tag, the expectations sold far exceeded the reality. In all sense, the course curriculum does give you a location to learn the basics which can mostly be found scattered on the internet. A lot more work needs to be done outside of the curriculum to have a successful Amazon store.From the students who enrolled in my batch, I can't think of 3 students who had achieved similar success which meets the criteria laid out for product researches as indicated by the course. Through the grapevine, we hear of students breaking even or losing money more than that of profitable cases.The common behaviors with the few students who managed to have consistent profits. They were the ones who looked for information beyond the course and were willing to ask, share and discuss these information. Recommended vendors appear to charge above market rates. In the discussion board, students openly discuss how the sourcing agent was charging at least 100% above market rate. Results were inconsistent for their sourcing. Both good and bad.The community is a pretty good one though. In fact, its the only reason we are not going to one star. Students were willing to share and you can find like-minded students to share and support along the way.This is a good place if you need a starter course and if you are looking for buddies to grow together for the long term. Try negotiating for a steep discount though.If you think that you would magically have a successful Amazon store at the end of 6 months just by following the course material, you would probably be disappointed.25/7. Updating to one star after receiving response and visiting their revised site.
