My experience with Jellycat has always felt special from start to finish. The quality is consistently beautiful — from the softness of the fabric to the little stitched details that give each plush its own personality. Whether buying in-store or online, everything feels thoughtfully presented and carefully made.
Jellycat truly excels at creativity and craftsmanship. The designs are unique, imaginative, and instantly recognisable — you don’t mistake a Jellycat for anything else. They balance comfort with character so well. The plushies are not only adorable but incredibly soft and durable, which makes them feel worth the investment. Their collections feel fresh without losing that classic Jellycat charm.
If I had to offer one suggestion, it would be improving stock availability for popular releases, as they often sell out very quickly. It would also be lovely to see occasional restocks of retired favourites, as many collectors miss out.
It’s a brand I genuinely love and return to again and again.
I purchased the Bartholomew Bear from Jellycat for my child, and it arrived DEFECTIVE. The bear’s eyes are set far too deep and are constantly covered by the surrounding material - you can barely see them. It looks nothing like the product shown in the official photos on your website.
I contacted customer support requesting a replacement. I want to return this defective item and receive a proper one that actually matches what you advertise.
Instead, your customer service offered a 20% refund - which is unacceptable for a faulty product - or told me to return it using a UK Mail label. I clearly explained that I am located in Poland and UK Mail does not operate here. Despite this, your representative simply sent me the exact same UK Mail link again, completely ignoring what I wrote.
On top of that, your response time is EXTREMELY SLOW I submitted my ticket on February 13th. The first reply came on February 17th. The next response was on February 25th. Since then - nothing. Weeks of delays over an issue that is clearly your responsibility.
My child is waiting for her present, and you have been unable to resolve a problem caused by your own FAULTY product for three weeks.

I expect this issue to be resolved immediately.
Always fast delivery and the Jellycats are immaculate. You are given the choice of having dust bags and earn points on purchases! Wish you could also get points from ones bought in stores though, that’s a real missed opportunity for the consumer.
Order multiple times from Jellycat. My most recent order with jelly cat there was a bit of a mishap and I emailed them right away. They replied to me very very quickly and offered me a couple of options, they were very kind and supportive. I really appreciated how easy it was to resolve.
Love purchasing stuffies from Jellycat! There stuffies are so soft and unique and are top quality. They have different collections to draw in any stuffie collector. I especially love all the different bunnies and all the Amuseables. All of my orders have came in a reasonable amount of time. I have only had one issue with Jellycat and when I contacted customer service, they were very quick to address my issue.

I’m very disappointed with my experience.
The toy I received is clearly faulty — uneven stitching, crooked seams, misshapen head, and one ear sewn incorrectly and falling to the side. The eyes are barely visible and the whole toy looks poorly made. Honestly, the quality feels like a $2 market toy, not a premium plush.
What’s even worse is the customer service. After reporting the defect and sending photos, I was either ignored or received delayed replies. They refused to provide a prepaid return label and expected me to pay return shipping myself for their faulty product.
For a brand that markets itself as high-end and collectible, this level of quality control and support is unacceptable.
Sadly, I will not purchase from this company again.
I absolutely adore ordering from Jellycat…I was updated all the time about my delivery and got the cutest postcard type emails about my items imminent arrival! Jellycat are such a lovely company and readily answer any questions I had about anything.. 5*****
Have purchased a few Jellycats recently as gifts and they have brought a smile to the recipients face each time - no matter what it was for. They are so cute and adorable! I love the different amuseable groups that makes you want to collect them all! The cheeses and pastries are great! Also love all of the new releases coming through 😀 Well done Jellycat!
