Sampler kit doesn't match the description

The sampler kit was supposed to include five specific flavors as advertised, but only four matched. The fifth was different, leaving me without the flavor I wanted most. Red flags appeared immediately upon visiting the website and continued through checkout. Luckily, I avoided making a purchase because the checkout didn't accept any of the coupons offered. It's unfortunate; it seemed like a potential coffee alternative, but don't take everything at face value!

Caution! Questionable business practices.

The website displays an organic logo on the peppermint and pumpkin spice bags, along with the term 'organic' in the ingredients list. I ordered six pounds of cacao and other items, but none were marked organic upon arrival. I found a non-functional phone number and received an email stating all products are organic, which contradicts what I received. This misleading advertising is troubling, and I have to deal with returning items at my own expense. It's baffling how they can ship different products than what was advertised!

Poor customer service, proceed with caution

I found the Double Chocolate variety decent, but the site was hard to navigate, leading me to order a different flavor that turned out to be flavored with cinnamon and cayenne—definitely not to my taste. Customer service's response was generic, denying refunds and blaming me for the issue. I also recommend avoiding their flimsy starter sets.

Lack of customer service response

I received a renewal notice but was told I had no subscription when I inquired about delaying my order. Despite providing proof, the customer support was unhelpful and only directed me on how to cancel. Frustrating experience overall!

Avoid this company

I was wary of a company without a contact number. Their point system requires a computer to redeem, which I don't have. I ordered a flavor that was awful and they wouldn't refund or exchange it despite my long history of orders. Disappointing customer service.
