For work purpose, we moved from Boston, USA to Newcastle upon Tyne, England in Jan 2022. Our 4th family member - a 20-month-old Yorkshire terrier couldn’t travel with us for (1) They did not allow pets in cabin for Trans-Atlantic flights (2) to book in the window of 5+or - days was not an option due to no appointments at HARC, London. So, we had to let him continue his stay in US, Thanks to our good friends who took excellent care of him. Once in UK, we tried several agencies to get Pluto across the sea soonest. However, none proved useful. I happened to find the route to get pets at Edinburgh, Scotland. So, I inquired to Extraordinair who help in the Customs clearance of pets at EDI airport. They were fantastically responsive and suggested Jet-a-Pet as their first option for Pluto's travel management in the US. I immediately contacted Jet-a-Pet, and Cheyenne was my Angel. She really is. Right from providing all the options I had, from suggesting the best route, to planning his travel, booking it, suggesting & buying the correct crate, and making sure the Paperwork is perfect and nothing is missed, she was there at every point. She was very particular about the Paperwork and gave us precise instructions on obtaining the health certificate. Because it was this little baby of ours travelling all by its own, first time ever getting in crate I had tonnes of questions and doubts, but Cheyenne answered every query with same patience and detail. She gave me the confidence that he will reach to us sooner & safer. I was asking same doubts & confirming things over and over, but she never ignored my queries and promptly responded to every one of it. there was absolutely no hassle for us. Jet-a-Pet's associate/driver brought the crate when he came to pick Pluto at our friend's place, safely drove him to JFK airport and handed to the Airlines. throughout the journey, I kept getting the updates of his whereabouts. So, I was holding up well. Cheyenne followed up even after he landed on the EDI airport. Finally, we met Pluto after 2 months and all thanks to Extremely Amazing Jet-a-Pet service.
