Did not receive item. My credit card was charged. I have attempted several times to reach out via email with no reply. Additionally, when checking their online store, it says this ecommerce store is closed at this time. There is no other way to contact them.

i made an order; payment was completed at my bank on sept 19th....i have not seen nor heard from any customer service rep and/or any other person from this company...and i have reached out very politely dozens of times....i have no idea of what is going on w/my order...nor do i care any longer...i will never use this company again...and i will make sure my animal loving friends know how 'pups closet' treats their customers....william hancock
