i would give this website a bunch of negative stars if i could, this site is a scam. they post flight deals and then try to tell you that your booking cannot be confirmed for the whole party and then upcharge you for more than what you can find on other reputable websites. don't be fooled by their prices because they will give you excuses such as you agreed to terms and conditions that this order cannot be cancelled but they couldn't confirm a seat for you on that flight. use a different website and pay a little more because this website along with airlines-flight.com and fly-scanner.com all use the same tactics. do not use any website associated with jetcost and save yourself the headache of having to deal with them.

This is the worst website in the world to buy airline tickets. The customer service is absolutely terrible. They are rude, unprofessional, and unable to provide clear explanations.Do not waste your time or your money booking with them. You will end up frustrated and feeling completely misled. Their service is disorganized, confusing, and extremely disappointing.It honestly feels unreliable and untrustworthy. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had with a travel agency.Consider this a serious warning: do not buy from Jetcost.
Its fake, they demand more money even after purchasing the tickets, and if you request a refund they will charge you. I purchased my tickets through them a week ago and I have yet to receive anything, and calling them has been useless, they only demand more money.
Was given a price online then was redirected to Flight Trotters who completely change my direct flight from London to Chicago with American Airlines to a Portuguese Airline with a stop over in Portugal then wanted to charge me £75 because i didn’t want it they said American Airlines wanted an extra £400Just for a carry on bag, this company is an absolute Scam
JUST STOP CHEATING!!!!!Today January 28 2026 I tried to buy flight ticket from Calgary to Belgrade and your website redirected me to your felow cheaters partners in Mexico "FLY CHEAPEST ONLINE" and after booked ticket,instead of flight ticket, I got email with explanation that is that ionly booking and if is no available flight for those dates and that price they will prtovide me with other dates and price.I called them and representative on phone number +1 844 638 0111 blackmailed me if I dont want what he ofers me I wil be punished with didaction from my payment. I tried wit my bank to resolve the problem but that will take some time. So, if you are not the same cheaters and thievs as mentioned online ticket sellers please cancel colaboration with those Mexican Bastards! Thanks!
Is a completely fraud, we bought 3 round trip fly tickets and in a airport we have to bought 2 rount trip air ticket and one departure to return,Jetcost only paid oneway, completely FRAUD, FRAUD, not buy never with this people, we lost a lot of money.
