What made the experience with Nomad Elite very good was when contacting them, they at least respond within less than one business day, if you had a general question, regardless of the day. And the other thing was when you actually go to the country to receive your temporary residency, they were very helpful in ensuring that you didn't have to worry about any little random fees. They got you to point A, point B, and ensured that you made it on time for all your appointments. And then whenever you actually apply for the residency, they're very proactive by going ahead and getting tickets in line to lower the amount of wait time. Overall, very friendly people, an enjoyable experience, and made the process easy.

Thanks to Nomad Elite I just applied for my temporary residency in Paraguay and got my precarious residency card a few hours ago. My husband and I hadn’t really given Paraguayan residency a lot of thought before we decided I needed it and having a consultation with Gerald really helped figure out the requirements and what we could expect. Gerald is an experienced expat himself and he knows everything there is to know about the process.I was not in my home country when I started the process because of that there was a significant setback when my criminal background check took longer to get to Paraguay, still Nomad Elite consulted me all the way and Jessica even called the Paraguayan post to locate my package. After that everything went smoothly: Mauricio took me to get local police certificates on one day and then when Nomad Elite had all the necessary documents, I was notified that we could go to the Immigration office and apply for my temporary residency! It was a long wait in line (nothing you can do, depends on the day you go) but afterwards everything was very easy because all the documents were in order and thoroughly prepared by Jessica. The process at the window took less than ten minutes, which I don’t think I could achieve on my own.I recommend Nomad Elite if you want a stress-free thorough preparation that helps you feel confident by the time you make it to that window and submit your documents. Their prices are also great, all the fees are included and it’s a much better deal than some other companies out there that will charge you only for their services and then you still need to pay more legal fees. Oh, and Jessica also picked us up at the airport at 5:30 am! Such a nice gesture that really shows that when you hire Nomad Elite, you will always be their priority!

I scheduled for a consultation with Gerald from Nomad Elite and he was very professional. Gerald was a good listener and didn't pressure me to buy. He suggested I pick the Relocatee Package which I had chosen. Jessi will evaluate your situation and request the required documents. I sent all the required documents to Nomad Elite. Their system for sending the documents was straight forward and simple.We made an appointment for my arrival to Paraguay, but the airline I booked wouldn't let me on the plane because didn't have the yellow fever vaccination, because I was flying in from Brazil. Jessi graciously rescheduled my Immigration and Police appointments. Since I was in southern Brazil I just took the bus in and informed Jessi of my arrival.My Immigration and Police appointments went well with Mauricio and took about two days but both days were done by noon. The Police dept. did make a mistake on one of the papers but Mauricio took me back to get it corrected on the same day.Now I'm just waiting for the temporary residency to be approved. Then I will return to Paraguay to apply for the CEDULA. Gerald, Jessi and Mauricio from Nomad Elite are friendly professional group of people who care and treat you with respect. I would definitely recommend Nomad Elite to friends and family.
