I previously had a very positive experience when the previous manager was in charge. They were helpful and responsive. Unfortunately, since their departure, communication has become challenging. The new property manager has not replied to my solicitor's inquiries for an extended period despite numerous follow-ups. These delays are affecting time-sensitive matters related to my flat sale, causing unnecessary stress. I hope the service can regain the high level of professionalism previously demonstrated.
