Change of ownership of the company so why not change the guarantor and leave things as they are instead of going through the nightmare of having to create a new account and re-enter all card requirement?
We also had to withdraw £86k from savings but you have lost that now as now invested elsewhere. otherwise a great service but not the migration which was awful.

Got over 15 cards with for my company and everything seemed to be going well until my own card suddenly started being used in Poland whilst I was sat at my desk in UK. Card blocked and COT contacted but transactions totalling £600 still went through.
At first great and charges refunded but two days later email received saying all our fault and a token had been accepted by me allowing someone else to download the card in Poland. Never ever happened and how did they get all the details to ask for a link if they didn’t get them from within COT?
Very little know about them but I have now removed all Apple Wallet cards from staff and reinstated their HSBC ones as they told me their was something off about the whole incident.
COT not replying to emails so for the promised cashback that is awarded, be aware you are likely to lose it to someone they probably know 🤔
Stupid outfit. I forgot until today, when I received another of their flyers saying I qualify for one of their credit cards. Stupidly, they have my name connected with a different construction company that I have never even dealt with. Are people that stupid, or is it AI?

The direct debit was attempted around 3 AM, but our top-up funds arrived around 9 AM, leading to a failure. We called and paid the same day. While we acknowledge we missed the direct debit, charging our company £400 for what was essentially a short timing issue that was resolved immediately feels extremely unfair. Very poor customer treatment.
