Jigsaw has been amazing for me. The platform is excellent for market analysis, day trading, and scalping, with tools that make understanding order flow much clearer.
What really sets Jigsaw apart is the customer support. It’s the best I’ve experienced—not only in the trading industry, but compared to any customer service I’ve dealt with. I usually receive a response the same day, and once an issue is being worked on, responses often come within minutes to an hour until everything is resolved.
It’s clear the team genuinely cares about their customers and goes above and beyond to help traders succeed.
I'm a truck driver and Yoga teacher and definitely not the brightest trader out there. I feel Jigsaw keeps me on track.

I using Jigsaw for about 3-4 months now. I never so happy with platform before. I use order flow and Dom trade. Incredible response time with my trades. I have used all platforms from Ttrades to Motive wave and after the learning curve (which is nothing compared to motive wave). For Order flow trades or Dom scalpers it just not get better than this Ka!
Jigsaw Trading is one of the few platforms that actually delivers on what it promises if you’re genuinely trying to understand order flow rather than chase indicators. The software is clearly built by someone who trades and understands market mechanics, not just a developer slapping features together. What really stands out is the education. The courses focus on why the market moves, not just patterns to memorize. It’s not flashy or over-marketed, but that’s a good thing — it filters out people looking for shortcuts. This isn’t beginner “get rich quick” software. There’s a learning curve, and you have to put in the work. But if you’re serious about trading futures and want a professional-grade understanding of order flow, Jigsaw is absolutely worth it.
While the software and education are top-notch, I was amazed at the personal touch I got with this company. I'm no spring chicken and I had quite a few questions going through the education. I sent a lengthy email to Jigsaw and was surprised that instead of a reply to the questions, Peter (the CEO) offered to get on a call so we could talk it through. We ended up on 2 calls, first to answer my questions and set my 'homework' and second to make sure I was now on track. There was no cost for these calls, Peter called it his "no man left behind" policy. This was outstanding service and I'd heartily recommend Jigsaw to any aspiring/struggling trader.
Before you give Jigsaw money carefully read the cancellation policy. I regret that I didn't. I watched Peter on videos basically say that if you want to cancel within 14 days you get your money back no questions asked. I signed up on 1/16/2023 and cancelled the next day and it cost me $300.00. Rivero emailed me saying I could still use the training and that they were keeping the 300.. If I wanted that I say again... I joined on the 16th and canceled on the 17th.. That's one day Rivero emailed me saying I could still use the training and that they were keeping the $300.00
I recently bought the Jigsaw Trading platform and I decide to tell my experience so far I tried so many trading platforms (Prorealtime, Tradingview, Sierra Chart, etc) I like the Jigsaw platform and it has pretty much guidelines that you can develop step-by-step. Excuse guys, I am living in Australia someone spent time with you $$$$ I had a nice conversation with Peter. D by the way free he mentions we will discuss further development trading. I appreciate the time. Peter D. I am quite confident none will tell you like that. I will keep my target and observe trading and develop. Thanks
I came across a 21 years old trader who was posting some obscene 6 figures profits every month on a Discord server. Through shadowing his live call-outs on a simulator, I was convinced this guy was a real deal and asked him how he became this unbelievably skilled. He said his trading methodology was based on reading order flow, other than spending tons of screen time practicing, he emphasized that the educational materials from Jigsaw were some of the best he's ever seen.I knew nothing he was talking about at the time, but I thought to myself, if could make just 1/10 of what this lad is making, I would be among the top income bracket in my country!Following this lead, I came across the article written by Jigsaw's founder, Peter Davies, on the popular investor forum Futures.io, titled “Introduction to Order Flow - The Mechanics of Price Movement”.His introduction of these concise concepts explained the mystical part about the market dynamics that I always had problems with. I was shocked speechless. How could I not have heard about this anywhere else in the retail community before? What the technical analysis orthodox crowd (which accounts for perhaps 90% of all retail traders) are ignorant of, is the concept of bid-offer liquidity v.s. market orders, which is the most granular level building blocks of price movement, and this can be easily monitored on an order flow platform, which the retail community happened to actively avoid because of the widely circulated misconceptions about how spoofing orders impact the utility of DOM.The more I dug into it, the more I was exposed to the entirely different landscape of prop firm style trading. I realized that reading order flow is a standard practice in these professional trading environment, where traders generate a rate of return from their capital that's so insane, it's not even fathomable by average retail traders. I consumed lots of videos on Jigsaw's YouTube channel where folks from elite prop firms like Axia Futures, SMB capital joined as guests on webinars hosted by Peter Davies, sharing their drastically different philosophy than that of the retail traders'.They treat trader development like sports, they employ self-corrective, iterative processes to build up embodied skills of new traders. They don't just pluck a mechanical trading setup that's known to be working from their senior traders, and impose it on the newbies to blindly replicate it, because they knew it wouldn't work. The nuances of a trading setup would get lost in one's attempt to translate it for others. Two traders trying to trade the same setup in the same market would often end up targeting different entry and exist points, due to the inevitable variation in their personality, risk tolerance and quality of discretion. On the other hand, I've seen so many retail traders on various internet forums who have been trading for more than a decade, but they could still barely make a living. These guys have tried all sorts of indicators, familiarized themselves with every financial instruments and academic literatures over the years. They're so educated that they sounded like living encyclopedias whenever they opened their mouth. But for reasons unbeknownst to themselves, they just couldn't make money!Having identified this developmental hurdle that haunts most retail traders, the suit of trading educational guidelines that we can access freely after purchasing the Jigsaw software license is really of immense help. They make prop firm's training model accessible to retail traders by teaching through videos the order flow perspective of interpreting the market, guiding the practice of order flow drills to turn it into one's second language, kick-starting the process of positive feedback loop to identify, and amplify one's unique edge in the market…And if you get stuck in your journey to profitability, you can reach out to the community on Discord, or directly contact Peter Davies himself! Jigsaw's educational framework and support system have proven track records, as evidence by the successes of their customers, including the ridiculously skilled young trader I mentioned at the beginning. There's one caveat though, if you don't follow the instructions and put in hours of hyper focused practice, you can't expect to reap any success. Reading order flow is a hardcore, discretionary skill, that if done right, can open up huge profit potential. Not an eye candy of useless indicators that generate binary signals telling you when to buy or sell.
I have been a student of the futures market for over twenty years! It has definitely not been plain sailing by any means. In a business that is so full utter crap and so called get rich quick methods that promise regular profits every day, it was with relief that I realised about and begun to learn order flow and studying the Depth Of Market! This is almost entirely due to discovering Jigsaw Trading. From the first sight of the Jigsaw DOM, I thought "Ah, this is the way to go" It is not easy, there is no holy grail, you have to apply yourself! I taught myself to trade entirely from the DOM with no charts, no levels at all. Once Id become proficient I slowly added charts and levels, I have never looked back .I one hundred percent recommend Jigsaw Trading. Good luck folks..
