Been a client for over 6 years. I like the reliability, accuracy, responsiveness, and ease of doing business. I much prefer outsourcing to Jitasa. No need to deal with personnel issues, hiring and screening, supervising, etc. For a small nonprofit, it is a blessing to have one less person to supervise.
