Posting this review after my worst digital marketing experience with V Media | J&J Digitals, over-promised and undelivered. Above all, the thing that hurt me most was they never even tried to contact and compensate the situation. Not recommended at all.

J&J digital built a website and marketing materials for our nonprofit ballroom dance club. Sannan was so patient and provided excellent customer service. They were fast with their work and made all the edits I requested, scheduled zoom meetings when it wasn’t possible to explain what I wanted over email, and really tried to follow my ideas. They even made a little instruction video teaching me how to edit the website myself after completion, making it easy for anyone on my board to help with website management.
