I was charged $329.63 for two Quit Claim Forms with two signers, which I find unacceptable. I lost $90.53 from an upfront payment and received another bill just hours after the Notary service. I feel I received no value and wasted two days. The service does not accept Canadian Postal Codes, requiring a fake code instead. I spent around 40 minutes trying to enable access to my iPhone camera. I scanned the QR code and attempted the link, but kept receiving a message to grant camera access. Despite online searches, I found no solutions. Although Safari was suggested, there is no version for Windows 11. Eventually, I figured out how to enable my laptop camera access. It took several tries to scan faces and driver's licenses due to the lack of initial guidance on positioning. Finally, a circle was shown to help with face alignment.

Avoid this service! They respond quickly when you need to purchase, but once you pay, you won't hear back. I spent over $400 on a document I can't use, as they claimed they wouldn't change what I submitted, which turned out to be false! I sent a legal document in legal size, and they provided an A4 document that was useless. They claim to handle international documents but seem clueless! Don’t use this service!
I used this service for the first time a couple of months ago and am very disappointed. I was charged double without prior notice, and during the second attempt, no one showed up for the video call. It's been months of trying to get a refund. I would not recommend it.
Being outside the USA made it impossible to travel back for notarization. This service allowed us to complete everything virtually from home in Canada. The process was quick and straightforward. We will definitely use this service again.
