What went wrong 😑 this time & the time before the merchant cease trading so we asked for OUR MONEY BACK which seems like i asked for the world,they made us wait 24 Days for our refund still no money after 24 days So contacted GROUPON UK via live chat & said we have to wait another 10 days for it to enter our bank account so in total this is a maximum of 34 days WELL DONE GROUPON THINK 🤔 BEFORE YOU PURCHASE AS THIS HOW LONG IT TAKES TO GET MY OWN MONEY BACK SAD 😢

Received a convector heater from JPN Enterprises Ltd via Groupon that had a dent in the front, missing feet to enable the heater to be stood up safely and then it was found not to work. I got a refund but both refused to arrange for collection of the faulty item, suggesting I disposed of it myself. A WEEE product cannot be just thrown in the bin, Groupon ignored this fact and didn't care that I would have to spend time and money on taking it to a recycling centre. I am now reporting them both to the Citizens Advice Consumer Service, who work with Trading Standards as they clearly do not understand the law or care about the correct and safe diposal of a WEEE product.
I was very pleased with my purchase of the latest office software. The installation and activation process was straightforward, and they even provided a helpful video for guidance. I'm very satisfied and will definitely consider buying from this seller again.
I want to caution others against buying Microsoft Office 2024 from this seller on the platform. I bought the software, but it never functioned. The seller appears to be an individual operating through the platform. Once payment was made, he stopped responding to my calls regarding installation issues. He advertised a 24/7 support number, but it turned out to be fake, and he has not replied to my emails either. This has cost me significant time in my business. Had I known this software was not legitimate, I wouldn't have uninstalled my previous version, which at least allowed me to access my documents. I requested a refund, but he refused. The platform should take action against him and process my refund.
I ordered a single mattress, but a king size was delivered instead! I reached out to the support team almost two weeks ago (through a frustrating chat with an automated system 😡), and nothing has been resolved. It feels impossible to contact the seller directly. I will never order from this platform again. Based on similar experiences, it appears that some sellers use this site to offload faulty or incorrect items, knowing that consumers will struggle to return them and obtain a refund.
Deceptive Booking – Lack of Customer Protection
I scheduled a timed session at a local venue and arrived punctually, only to be denied entry because the location was hosting a party.
The venue blamed the booking platform, claiming there was no communication. This is unacceptable. Why offer date-and-time bookings if the vendors won’t respect them?
We followed all procedures correctly, yet our plans were disrupted and our children were very disappointed. The platform should ensure:
Vendors honor booked times
Customers are not turned away after valid reservations
There is clear accountability
This experience has severely undermined our trust in the platform.
I advise against purchasing software from this seller on the platform. The Microsoft Office I bought never worked, and the seller is unresponsive. Their claimed support number is fake, and they ignore emails. This has wasted a lot of my time, and I regret uninstalling my previous version of Office.
