Purchased TSA/TSO test. Couldn't launch practice test despite using 3 different browsers. No 24/7 customer support, no phone number. Did receive "auto" email response they would reply in 24 hours which does no good if you are taking the actual test in 24 hours. I asked for refund and auto reply that they would get back in 24 hours.
I had one day left to prepare for the SHL general ability test. After taking the official SHL practice test, it became clear that all available training data on other websites is outdated. I bought the access for JobTestPrep, crammed one whole day, and barely passed with 75percentile. I recommend more practice, but the material is the best you can get (19/12/22).
After jumping through various hoops on an okay-looking site to purchase practice tests for an Amazon application. I was redirected to the site geeksforgeeks.com where apparently they thought it was okay to charge 3x what geeksforgeeks is charging for the identical course. Don't waste your time + money just buy from other sites directly. Hopefully they give me my money back because I never even used the product.
I received a great customer service both on email and WhatsApp. The team was friendly and helped me adding a bundle instead of the single test I acquired initially. The tests helped me a lot , as they're exactly the same as the real one. I highly suggest this company.
I used this for the RAF Aircrew test pack and hands down have to say this is this best available on the market. I have tried many others but most lack in certain areas. I failed the first attempt and spent a few weeks on this and passed. The questions are decently expansive, areas such as 'spatial awareness' could certainly do with being expanded, but overall a very comprehensive pack.Customer service is also very good and helped me out beyond expectation when i encountered issues.
The platform is seamlessly formatted to imitate the actual typing tests that organizations give to job seekers. You can enlargen the text or make it smaller. You can choose busoness, clerical, call centre, medical, and other general typing skills topics. I just don't like how I have to manually scroll just to get to the next page. Manually scrolling just eats my time away, which is critical in measuring my average typing speed.
